We live in strong anticipation of DIAVOLO‘s season-opening “L’Espace du Temps” performance at the beautiful, acoustics-rich Valley Performing Arts Center. The performance will enjoy live orchestral accompaniment by New West Symphony, under the direction of Christopher Rountree, of a trio of scores by great composers: Foreign Bodies (2007, Esa-Pekka Salonen); Fearful Symmetries (2010, John Adams); Fluid Infinities (2013, Philip Glass). This all-Los Angeles program, and the pairing of the dance company with a live symphony orchestra, the vision of VPAC exec Thor Steingraber, a king of the arts mash-up whose entire 2015-16 season features similar creative arts pairings.

Thanks, Debra for a fantastic meme, as usual..

So exited to see Jacques Heim’s Diavolo! It’s a thrilling experience for all those who have not seen his company before. Now is your chance!
